Hit the ‘See Details’ button and on the next page there will be another button you can use to ask for your account to be reviewed.
Before you hit the review button make sure to revise all the criteria mentioned in the post above. If you are rejected a second time, it will probably take some time before you get another chance to appeal their decision. I have been waiting for more than a month now…
