Several of my items are being flagged by Facebook as “missing size” and are scheduled to be deleted from Facebook next week. I need help figuring out the source of the issue so I can fix it. On Facebook they are showing the following:
Commerce tax category: FB_APRL_CLOTHING
Facebook product category: Jewellery & watches > Jewellery > Earrings
Google product category: Clothing & Accessories > Clothing > Shirts & Tops
Product type (from Shopify): Earrings
They are earrings, and the coding used in the Google Channel section is 194, which is earrings. They coding shows as earrings on Shopify, but is being interpreted as clothing on FB.
Any idea what I need to do to resolve this? I’ve made small changes to try to force the products to update on FB. I’ve ever tried editing the category on FB. Nothing I’ve tried so far has worked, and I haven’t had a response from the FB team.
