I use prestige theme and Automizely dropshipping fulfillment supplier. My issue is that all orders that are placed on Facebook and Google shopping need to be fulfilled before payment can be captured but these orders also do not sync to Automizely for fulfillment. I have been manually creating the orders so they show up on Automizely and manually adding tracking info to the orders after they ship. It is becoming time consuming and frankly frustrating. Automizely support have no clue what I am talking about because they keep telling me they have escalated the issue only for whomever it was escalated to respond and say order will ship referring to a completely different order. Does anyone have a solution or have experienced this?
