At some point recently (not sure when), we started having issues with Facebook events firing in Shopify Checkout.
Specifically, we aren’t seeing Initiate Checkout events coming through. They also aren’t showing up in Facebook’s Pixel Helper.
Additionally, we’re also seeing some (but not all) Purchase events getting missed.
I can isolate this as a Shopify issue cause we’re using Recharge for our subscription option, and all of those events are firing properly.
Can someone help?
