Facebook & Instagram app | Pixel doesn't work properly

Hi,

We have noticed Facebook & Instagram app isn’t working well. Pixel doesn’t work properly.
We both have API conversion and Pixel.
API is ok.
Pixel is counting events x4. Example: 10 real purchases for Pixel are 40 purchases.
We contacted Facebook customer care:they said " the pixel is not implemented correctly on the website and is configured using a partner integration. We would like to inform you that the pixel code must be implemented together with the website header and it is important that the JS code matches the Events Manager code. An incorrect implementation may cause problems with reporting, targeting or event triggering. The Pixel code should be installed as is. In the event of discrepancies or changes, an error may occur.
Furthermore, the implementation of the Facebook Pixel is managed by the third-party platform.
We are not specialised in these platforms and therefore cannot provide assistance."

I suggest that you try the OnePixel app to fix this. Just install the app and talk to their customer support team about your problem so they can help you through it. This app support team is really nice. Plus, the tool lets you add Facebook Pixel to your website much more easily.

And if I remember it right, their free plan supports adding 1 pixel to your store. So I think it’s worth trying.
