Hi I am causing this issues and when clicked review issues it sent me to product list with do product found with random error feedback, if you guys have similar experience i would be happy to know about the solution please , tysm
Hi @shunn_yee Welcome To Shopify Community So This usually happens with sales channel product sync (TikTok Shop, Facebook/Instagram, etc.) when the channel is trying to validate products but the sync hasn’t fully indexed your catalog yet, so “Review issues” points to a list that hasn’t caught up. A few things worth trying: refresh/resync the channel from its settings page (sometimes there’s a manual “sync now” or “refresh products” option), check if any products are missing required fields for that specific channel (like GTIN/barcode, category, or shipping weight, since social channels often have stricter requirements than the general Shopify catalog), and if it still shows no products, try disconnecting and reconnecting the sales channel, that forces a fresh sync rather than relying on a stuck cached state. If none of that works, it’s worth contacting Shopify support directly since this sounds like a sync bug on the channel’s backend rather than something fixable from the merchant side. from my experience, this mainly happens because of 3 broad reasons - product data has issues and it doesn’t meet Meta’s requirements, your store policies are not compliant, or channel permissions have issues.
what you can try is, check product status for each item to see if there are any issues then how can you resolve them. verify your domain, and then initiate a product data refresh.

in some rare cases, the app that you are using for syncing products to Meta can also be the root cause issue. are you using the facebook & instagram app? if yes, then please note that as such the app is buggy. go with a more reliable alternative such as Nabu Facebook & Instagram feed. helps keep product data compliant and sync all updates accurately from Shopify to Meta
