Trying to get our new store launched and having a few issues on the Facebook side. I am able to place an order, pay for it with PayPal and have that order end up in Shopify. The problem is Facebook payments. I’ve tried multiple credit cards and the order just stays as pending in Facebook Commerce Manager. No notifications to the buyer or me that the order was placed. No reason listed for being pending. Last night about 90 minutes after placing an order I got an email to my test account stating it was unable to process the payment and to update the payment method. Have tried doing that but no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.
