Facebook pixel issue all of a sudden! Ads manager not tracking purchases

my Facebook pixel all of a sudden stop receiving majority of events! Everything is smooth, Meta pixel helper is tracking all events, In Facebook event manager is working all good while I’m pretty much sure all sales are coming from Facebook! as I’m not working on any other platform, Never did SEO and yes, These are surely not Facebook organic sales! I’ve contacted Facebook several times, But there also don’t have any answer why is this happening, They’re just coming up that they re-fresher your pixel and will closely monitor sales! attached are some screenshots that would more clarify that everything is good with set-up, Because if pixel wasn’t installed perfectly, Then since past year, it wont have worked great! And as pixel is not recording purchases, The sales are going down

Hi @Hassan_Merchant

Here are some possible reasons and solutions for why your Facebook Pixel might have stopped receiving the majority of events:

  1. Ad Blockers: Some users might be using ad blockers that prevent the pixel from tracking. There isn’t a direct fix, but it’s good to be aware that these tools can interfere.
  2. iOS 14 Update: Since the iOS 14 update, Facebook tracking has become limited if users opt out of tracking. Check your Aggregated Event Measurement settings in Facebook and ensure your events are properly prioritized.
  3. Pixel Duplication: Make sure there are no duplicate pixels firing. Sometimes installing multiple integrations for the pixel can cause conflicts and prevent data from being tracked correctly.
  4. Event Deduplication Issues: If you’re using both browser and server-side tracking, ensure that your events are deduplicated correctly. Mismatches can cause Facebook to ignore some events.
  5. Pixel Event Configuration: Double-check the events setup in Facebook Events Manager to make sure all required parameters are correctly configured and match what is being fired on your site.

If none of these help, consider setting up Conversion API (CAPI), which will send purchase data directly from your server to Facebook, providing a more reliable source for event tracking. This can help bridge gaps if pixel tracking is unreliable.

If you have other questions, please feel free to ask, and I will get back to you soon.

Best regards,
