Hi there,
last week I had some difficulties with the Facebook app, I contacted Shopify support they advised me to completely remove Facebook and pixel etc. And leave it for 24 hours. Now I am trying to reconnect and I get these weird messages. Spent couple of hours with Shopify and later with Facebook, Basicly they don’t know I have to try all these things to trying to solve it.
Facebook told me to create a new store,(strange) but also this one doesn’t work.
please see both attached photos maybe someone has a idea.
