I have gone through all the topics here related to my concern. However, I still can not find the ultimate solution for that.

My problem is Facebook Shop not showing all my product variants. I have 3 product collections with 6 SKUs per collection. However, Facebook shop just shows only 1 SKU with random price per collection. In addition, we apply Installment Price. Then Facebook shop takes the Installment Price instead of Full Price.

I have been waited for 72 hours (as provided information) as well as tried to uncheck then re-check the box again. However, the problem is still there.

Our company is also having the same issue with Facebook not showing all the variants of products. Shirt sizes and colors cannot be chosen anymore. Any help would be appreciated!

same issue - some products show size variants and some dont, it would seem that products which have been assigned a group id (seemingly by facebook ) do have size variants showing, other products do not have group id assigned (by facebook during the import process it seems) do NOT have size variants showing

Were you able to have this resolved? This issue just began happening to us yesterday and just as you describe. As a result we have had to stop running ads. Any help you could provide would be really appreciated!
