Good morning, So after reviewing my Shopify Facebook Store we noticed that it is applying FREE SHIPPING to everything? We do Free shipping with $80 or more. Can anyone tell us how to turn this off or tell us how to adjust this? Thank you,

Hi! If you weren’t able to figure this out, go to your shipping section within your account settings. From there you will see several options. Mine reflected free shipping on rates over $50 or more. I was having the same issue until I realized that’s what was going on. Hope this helps!

We’re you able to figure this out? We have the same issue and I’ve checked our shipping settings. We don’t offer free shipping on anything right now but it’s showing up as free in FB

Nicolejones2310, Thank you for this information. When you say go to the shipping section, are you talking about the Facebook shipping section or the Shopify shipping section?

Unfortunately no… Over the past few months I have been told it is Facebook issue from the Shopify techs and Facebook is saying it is a Shopify issue. Still trying to find a resolution.

Thanks for the info. I think I just discovered that Free Shipping only shows up on mobile devices - not when I view it from a desktop.

Sorry for the delay. So this solution above worked for us. The key is you have to be in Facebook “Commerce Manger.” Once in it, follow the steps. It worked and fixed our problem.
