Hey there, my Facebook store has been in review for over a month. I have read all the other feeds on here about the same issue and shopify staff keep saying its a Facebook meta issue. I was on the phone with Facebook meta for over an hour last night and they assured me that it is not an issue on their end. It is shopify that is reviewing my store and needs to approve it. Can I please get someone from shopify to have a look at my account and either review my store and approve it or tell me what I have to do to get my store approved. This is seriously impacting my ability to conduct business.

If you are facing issues related to the verification or review of your account, you should reach out directly to Meta Support for assistance. Shopify does not have the authority or capability to manage account verifications or reviews on Meta platforms. You can access Meta Support from your Shopify admin by going to the Facebook & Instagram Channel and clicking Get Support.
