I’m receiving an error which seems to be common in Facebook Ads but I haven’t found a solution online.
“A problem with Facebook prevented your activity from being published. Try to republish again in a few minutes” is popping up any time I make an ad. I’ve run ads successfully in the past, my Facebook commerce account is verified, etc.
No amount of waiting and republishing has helped. Is this a global issue or is there a common fix that I’m just not seeing?

Thanks for connecting with us here in the public forums. I can appreciate that this is probably very frustrating, and you would like to this sorted out once and for all. Rest assured, I am here to help, and I have come across this error before with Facebook Ads.
Just to note this is not a global issue, rather it is to do with some Facebook account set up requirements. The error message A problem with Facebook prevented your activity from being published indicates that the setup of your Facebook Events Manager here and Facebook Business Manager at this link don’t meet Facebook’s new Pixel requirements. After the iOS14 update from Apple, which you can read about at this link, Facebook made changes to their marketing requirements. We know of several details that may need to be changed in your Facebook Business Manager, so we’ve outlined them in this community post.
