Hi, I have verified my shop but when I try to connect my shop to facebook/ instagram, I receive a message saying “you do not have access to this feature yet”. I have tried to “Get Support” button but when I select the options and try to connect my facebook account, I receive the same “you do not have access to this feature yet” message. I don’t know what else I can do.
there is no other way to get in touch with facebook and it feels like I’m stuck.

This issue may be caused by the permissions of the account you’re using. Ensure that you have administrative access to your Shopify store. Only the store owner or someone with full administrative privileges can connect social media accounts.
this worked. I went into settings clicked on permissions then clicked on my name then connected to Facebook from there and it worked!!! too bad it took me months to figure this out.

Had the same issue. I used a different browser i.e. Safari instead of Chrome and it worked.
