Facebook's Ad restrictions DESTROYED my Cyber Monday Sale (And any sale EVER for that matter)

I have tried for 2 YEARS to create a functioning store. I have spent COUNTLESS hours working, learning, and creating stores, finding products, and putting in the work to launch a winning store and have fallen down face first at the starting line for one reason, and one reason only, FACEBOOK COMMUNITY STANDARDS RESTRCITING MY ACCOUNT FOR LITERALLY NO REASON. Not once, not twice, but several times over and over, all of my time money and efforts reduced to absolutely nothing with no explanation. It is no secret that FB has always been a nightmare to work with, however NOTHING has been done in favor of the working store creator paying in time and money into your company (Myself included via Stock and store) i greatly request something be done by Shopify to make FB more compatible/store owner friendly. after all, its not like we’re the ones pouring MILLIONS OF DOLLARS down facebooks throat for advertising a year to sell product on YOUR PLATFORM. Last time i checked, the customer is always right, but as off lately are ignored.

(Karen Rant Over.) i do sincerely thank you for your time, and i do believe in the great opportunities shopify offers invividuals to be their own boss, believe me, i am not the only Store Owner with this complaint.

Facebook is under no obligation to allow anyone to operate on their platform nor required to give reason for removal.

Shopify does not own facebook; platform A cannot just make another platform B behave counter to the points above about obligation. Trying to frame it as pitting them against each other because of misguided belief platform owes you something is a good way to get no where.

Last time i checked, the customer is always right, but as off lately are ignored.

Thought terminating cliche that only applies to face-to-face local retail culture, certainly not platforms behaving like infrastructure with MILLIONS or BILLIONS of users.

Either way when a “customer” has to be asked to leave they are no longer customers and have no claims or standing to what they say is “right”.

Merchants operate on third party platforms at their own peril to the policy whims of said platform. Full stop.
