I want some international customers to be instructed to request a shipping quote at checkout - typically, for multiple item orders (3 or 4 packages) to more distant locations. Is there a way to do this?
At the moment the auto-response is along the lines of ‘this store doesn’t ship to your location’.

Modify the auto-response message: Update the auto-response message to inform international customers that they need to request a shipping quote for their specific location and order size. You can provide instructions on how to initiate the quote request or direct them to a specific contact form or email address.
That would be ideal, but I don’t see the option to do so in my settings. Maybe not available in the Basic plan?
