Hello, Im facing a problem loading my website since yesterday. I tried using different browsers and cleared cache and history, nothing worked. I think the problem is from Shopify not from my browser, everything works fine except my website.

I am seeing that your post is from a few days back, so I would like to thank you for your patience. Are you still facing this problem? If so, would you be able to tell me a little bit more about the part of it that is not working for you?
You mentioned that the issue was with loading the website, but when I went on it following your link, it loaded for me straight away with no issues. The only thing I noticed was that you still have the password page enabled, which means your customers are currently unable to access the store.
If you would like to remove the password page, please take the following steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Preferences.
In the Password page section, uncheck the Enable password page option.
Click Save.
Again, any other context you can give me will be super helpful if you’re still having the issue, and if possible please include screenshots so I can have a look!

The issue I was facing got fixed I contacted your support team and they solved it for me, thank you.
However, I have a different issue regarding website and mobile interface, I’m currently using Brooklyn theme and I want to edit the slide show size in the code can you help ?
I see! While I am not able to help you out with the code myself, I can have our Themes team take a look and see if they are able to give you a hand with it. Since you are using our own Brooklyn theme, you are eligible for design time through which our team can help you out with certain supported customizations.
Could you please send me a screenshot of the slideshow, and from that let me know how much bigger you want it to be? I will then be able to ask the Themes team and see if this is a supported change on our end.
Sure, on the mobile interface the slide show is a bit tall, I want it to be half size in height, I hope they can fix this.

You stated that the problem was with loading the website, but when I followed your link to it, it loaded immediately and without any problems. The only thing I observed was that the password page was still enabled, which means your customers can’t access the store right now.
If you want to get rid of the password page, follow these instructions:
Go to Online Store > Preferences in your Shopify admin.
Uncheck the Enable password page option in the Password page section.
Save the file.
