Facing bugs while creating customer segment emails?

Hi,

I am creating an email for a segment of customers.

1. first bug I notice:

the segment show or count for the total number of the segment - 1

I do an example, I created a segment out of a tag, let’s say the customer in the tag are 11,

when I select that segment as receipt for email, the system show me only 10

2. bug,

the personalitation does not work,

as you can see from test screenshot, should pick the customer first name(I made one in purpose with my name, and is showing only {first name }
