I have submitted my driver’s license for the verification process; however, it kept telling me the business owner’s name is not matching. Did anyone have the same issue before? Is there any real person from Shopify who can help with this?

You can reach out to the support team by following the steps below:
- Click on this link to login into your store
- Select any suggested topic then select a subtopic.
- On the following page, scroll down and you’ll see live chat, email, or require call-back options then choose one that fits you best.
