Facing issues while creating collections, any solutions?

when I create collections I get this type of error,

(There was a problem saving the collection,

There’s a technical problem with Shopify. Try saving this page again. If that doesn’t work, visit our status page for updates and try again later.) How to solve.can anyone senior helps,

Please try to clear your browser cache and try again. If it does not solve the issue, you can try to login your Shopify account in other browsers and try again.
