anybody else having issues purchasing shipping labels?

Having the same issue. Every order show ‘shipping error due to weight’ - same weight, same orders as always. I am stuck and cannot process any orders. Help!
it just let me purchase mine finally so maybe it’s fixed.

Earlier today, Shopify experienced issues that impacted merchants trying to print and purchase shipping labels. Our developers have since resolved the issue and you should now be able to print and purchase shipping labels as expected.
Before proceeding to purchase or print labels, I recommend going through the troubleshooting steps listed below.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
- Try a different web browser, as well as an incognito window or a private window to rule out any browser issues.
- Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
- Try on the Shopify Mobile app; this is usually the best step to try as it also rules out device issues.
