I understand that you’re dealing with a SSL issue. Just to confirm, did you purchase a custom domain from Shopify? Or, are you connecting a third-party domain?

If you’ve purchased a domain through Shopify, then the DNS records and SSL willl be set up automatically. However, if you’re connecting a third-party domain to Shopify, then you’ll need to make sure you have the correct Shopify records added to your domain’s DNS settings. Once that’s done, it could take up to 48 hours for the domain and SSL to be setup completely.

When did you purchase or connect the domain to Shopify?
