Hi there,

Hoping someone can help. Struggling to understand the below email from Shopify.

We received prior communication about this and ensured both Google & Meta apps are set up on our store.

But the latest email that we received says “You are receiving this email because you still have a Google Analytics tag set up through your Online Store > Preferences for [name of brand]”

Below is a screenshot of the Google app which has definitely been set up, so I don’t understand what else they want us to do?

This issue will be fixed if you connect Updated Google Analytics and set up the Meta Pixel.
