Fake 'Out of Stock' Notice In Cart

Anyone else experience this? No matter what product I added to cart it gives me this fake ‘Out of Stock’ notice at checkout. Maybe it’s a geolocation issue or caching issue? I am experiencing this on the Firefox browser. If I clear cookies it resolves itself. But customers shouldn’t be expected to have to do that - the website should just work.
This has happened to me many times off and on and we suspect some customers are encountering this, but don’t see it as an error. They just think items are out of stock. On a related note: we are constantly having our store cache refreshed and admin data resynced.

Are you using multiple markets? This happens randomly on and off for the same product? And your inventory isn’t anywhere close to out of stock?

We sell internationally and in the US. Mainly US. The cart is not fully loading and the message shown does not have any correlation to actual inventory numbers. When this issue happens it doesn’t matter what product is added to cart - they all trigger the message.

Sorry for the late reply - my guess would be that it’s somehow related to the frontend. The way I’d troubleshoot this would be to try to reproduce the issue using the cart API at some point when it’s happening on the frontend.
