Dear Shopify Executive,
Two days ago on May 12, 2022, I happened to see a Promotion for Portable Folding Leisure Lazy Chair on Facebook and purchased it and paid online through Google Pay. I was hesitant to purchase it. But when I saw the Shopify Link, I had no doubts about it. After Payment, the Website Screen displayed the Message that the Order is Confirmed and that I will receive a confirmation text shortly with the order number. But now after 2 days I have still not received any text or message from them. As I said, I was hesitant initially and after seeing Shopify Link and Logo I was confident that there will not be any fraud play or foul play. But now since there is no communication from the Seller, I doubt this deal.
My Question is why Shopify promotes and supports such frauds and criminals. Pls verify the identity of the Sellers on Shopify so that it does not spoil the name of your reputed Brand. Also, I want Shopify to investigate this matter and do the needful. Since, the Seller is your Customer, you may at least try to investigate the issue and help me get the Product or Payment.
