Fake store? Order not delivered and store link shows it is unavailable now

Hi,

I placed an order on March 15, 2022, payment was deducted from my bank and I received text confirmation with order link and that the order was successful from kundan.in and will notify when it ships.

When I click the shopify link, it shows that store is unavailable. When I click on their website, it shows that the domain is available for sale.

Is this a fake store? How can I get my money back?

Thank you for your comment. I tried that but it says “Email does not match order confirmation”. Did the fake store change use a dummy email?
