Falla al vincular pixel de shopy en tiktok

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue connecting my TikTok Pixel to Shopify.

I successfully created the pixel, but when I click “Confirm” and then “Next”, a white loading bar appears and the setup freezes forever. It never moves to the next step.

I’ve already tried:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Firefox
  • Incognito mode
  • Clearing cache and cookies
  • Reinstalling the TikTok app

The same issue happens every time, so I don’t think it’s a browser problem.

standard Shopify TikTok app bug.

as the other user mentioned, kindly remove the app once and then add it to Shopify again.

but remember, this or any other bug might recur. in general, the app has many issues and merchants often complain about it. these issues include but aren’t limited to pixel not firing, duplicate tracking of events, etc.

Thank you for sharing the issue.

Shopify app sometimes shows technical error due to bug.

try clearing the cache file from the browser. if the issue still persist go for google tag manager GTM configuration.

GTM is the most advanced method to configure tiktok pixel and conversion API and track the most accurate result.
