False accusations of chargebacks

Hi, Australia. I am trying to order something and the place keeps rejecting the order due to Shopify telling the vendor that I have a history or chargebacks which is preposterous and offensive.

I have never hard a chargeback before. The store is no help in fixing it and they say contact Shopify, I’ve had to sign up to ask this simple question.
