Hello! My “X” Button on my Mailing Popup is has a box around it and I’m not sure how to fix that. Is this possible to fix? Thank you in advance!
Hello Meggy_b, sure, it’s possible to fix that. The actual code depends on the theme css code, so it’s hard to provide the exact fix. But looks like it’s a css issue, it’s either border, a pseudo-element or some wrong css element there. You can provide the store link so that I could have a look, if you wish

But for some reason, the popup window does not trigger. Is there a specific page or condition when it pops up?
I have changed it, so it pops up now.
That worked, now I can debug it.
Try editing the stylesheet.css file - change line 5625:
background: #ffffff;
to this:
/* background: #ffffff;*/
