The idea of using one strong product shot to create multiple variations is really practical, especially when you need different formats for social media and ads. I also agree that the manual review step is important, AI can get the overall visual right but still miss small details in text, logos, or product features.

Good breakdown of the workflow. One thing we’ve found matters a lot for Shopify merchants specifically–> locking brand colors/logo placement in the prompt only gets you halfway, whats time consuming is regenerating variants per platform (square feed vs. vertical story vs. banner) every time you swap products. Anything that can pull straight from your product catalog instead of re-uploading each shot saves a surprising amount of time.
