Favicon Logo Incorrect on Google Search Results

Hi. Can anyone help with why our favicon logo is incorrect when it appears on google search results? It shows the correct favicon on my theme settings, we haven’t changed the logo recently (it’s only ever been this logo) and our website has recently been crawled again which I was hoping would resolve the issue.

This is how our favicon should look:

and this is how it appears on google search results: (i’ve never seen this logo before so i have no idea where it has come from!)

If you have the correct favicon set within the theme settings, then it should eventually update on Google’s end (though it can sometimes take many weeks to do so).

Thank you, fingers crossed!

I’m just a bit baffled as to where the blue logo has come from because i’ve never seen it before. Surely whilst our favicon is updating on Google’s end it should show the generic blank globe symbol as our favicon is the only favicon we’ve ever had on this site!
