Favicon Missing and Move Social Media Icons

Hello! I just updated my Dawn theme and the spot for adding favicons isn’t there anymore. Where might it have gone? Maybe it has more resolution now?

Also, I would like to add social media icons to the announcement bar. Is there an easy, eye pleasing way to do this? Thank you!
