Hello, I’m using DAWN theme and my favicon does show up on the tab when I’m on my site, but it does not show up when I search for it in google:

Even though your favicon is set up correctly on your site, Google has specific guidelines for when it will display a favicon in search results. It doesn’t pull it instantly , it must crawl, process, and approve it.
and if you don’t want to do these SEO hacks .
then it will take time to show it on google.

Thanks for your message, I have had the same favicon for like half a year and it still does not show on google, so I don’t think it’s every going to show up unless I know what the issue is.
you should hire a SEO expert for this , because its a long process, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is essential for ranking on Google and showing products in search results because it Increases Visibility on Google , Drives Free (Organic) Traffic , Helps Google Understand Your Content,Improves Product Listings in Google Shopping, Builds Trust and Authority.
by doing SEO your favicon will also shown on google.

My suggestion here is you can read the article from Google Search Central and know how Google defines a favicon to show in search results. Then you can self-check if meet the requirements or not. If all good but still not be able to display your store favicon properly on Google, please try to let Google reindex your store by submitting a sitemap or contact Google Support for further help.
