Hey there,
So for some reasons, my correct ad account is not included on the list (on the facebook shopify app page → Settings - > Marketing Settings - > Ad account) (see image attached)
there is a warning on the page which says: „Facebook Marketing is no longer working. To start marketing on Facebook, set up all your marketing settings.“) ,
Even tho my business manager / account is connected to my ad account. (According to the settings which I have on my business manager account on business.facebook.com)
Any idea how to fix that?
I have also tried to reach out to facebook but they couldnt help me ..
