FB Messenger Chat Plugin not working on store

Hello Community!

I have recently add the Facebook Messenger Chat Plugin to my site ducatilima.myshopify.com but it doesn’t show up. It doesn’t work.

Can’t figure out what’s going on because I have successfully done this many times before. On this other Store, it works perfectly: wearhorse.myshopify.com

Any idea what could be going on? Any help will be truly appreciated.
