Hi everybody!

I need some help. Somehow the above stated pixel are not firing. I need some help urgently as I have ads and performance is bad due to no tracking.

  • pixel integration via app: Facebook & Instagram
  • setup CMP Cookie banner (but just now, so it wasn’t working without the cookie banner either)
  • I tried Theme DAWN 13. and 15. also Prestige

I talked to Meta support and they cannot help me. They say I need to install the pixel manually as in Google Chrome it says “no pixel found”. Within Meta Ads Manager it shows me events, except the ones stated above. I have sales every day so obviously something is configured wrong.

I am completely clueless so I appreciate any help. If someone can fix this for me I am also willed to pay if you do it for me.

As your native app is not working properly it would be a wise decision to configure the conversion tracking for meta pixel is Google Tag Manager GTM.

If you are still facing the same issue I would love to figure out the solution . let me know the update.
