Hello,

Facebook is showing that I had 3 sells yesterday, but when I check in my Shopify dashboard, it shows zero purchases. Please check photos attached.

I did few purchased in my Stores and all of them were reported in Shopify / Gateway without problems.

I´m facing this exactly same issue in 2 stores that I have created in the past 15 days.

I have already tried the following possible solutions, but without success:

  1. Created a new FB Pixel;

  2. Created a new FB Business Manager;

  3. Created a new FB fan page;

  4. Assign the FB Pixel in my Shopify stores by code and by app.

The only thing that I have not tried yet is to change the Store´s theme.

Do you guys know if the theme´s code can be related to this issue?

As you mentioned it’s a quite common issue since browser-based tracking code frequently errors.

1, Have you tried custom pixel in customer events of Shopify admin? It should be a better way to track the purchase for Facebook pixel.

2, If your target is converson tracking and attribution. I would suggest Attribuly, this Shopify customer events( new Shopify feature) integration makes sure you get highest accurate conversion tracking in maket. It supports integration with Facebook ads manager as well.
