My collection description is not displaying in the
collection banner in the Feather Theme. All
buttons are activated but it is not following
through to the website. Please help

If the collection description is not showing then there maybe different issue there that need to fix.
First of all the important thing that you need to check whether the collection you are checking actually has the Description in the Shopify Admin of collection or not? Because if you add the description from the Shopify admin then it’s possible to show on the Store front.

If you add the Description and still it’s not showing then there is issue with the theme coding.
For this if you could share your Store URL then I can take a look into it.

Basically to show the collection description, go to Online store >> Themes >> Customize >> Click on Down arrow next to Home button and click on collection >> Click on Collection banner and enable the show collection description.
