It would be ideal if we could get changelog updates for when Shopify makes big changes to the system (admin and POS) along with links to the helpfiles on how to navigate those new changes.
For example, when we lost our ability to search the ‘customers’ field and it turned into some coders type search feature; that could have used a changelog announcement along with a link to the helpfiles on how to find your OLD search of just looking up a customer (in case you here looking for that - the best way now is to use ‘orders’ and search). Another example is today’s change of how our “analytics - reports” has completely changed! Gone are the headings where we used to know to find each report. An update to the changelog would be ideal, along with a HELPFILE on how to find our old reports. (I’m still searching for that).
We are constantly told by customer support to view the changelog, yet none of the changes we call in for help on are ever listed.
