Feature Request: Edit Billing Address of an Order

Please allow Shopify admins to edit the billing address of an order.

We know it is possible because there are apps that can do it. So please do not recommend that we download yet another app and pay more money.

This is a basic feature that should be included in the Shopify admin, and should not require a separate app. Please enable it ASAP.

I understand you would like to see the ability to edit customer billing addresses on our platform. Thank you for taking the time to write this suggestion! As you are aware, it’s not something we currently offer natively, so I would love to pass this on to our platform development team as a feature suggestion.

While it’s not a guarantee we will introduce this feature, your feedback helps us determine what features to roll out in the future. Rest assured, this will be taken into consideration. If we end up introducing the ability to edit billing addresses, we’ll publish it on our changelog so stay tuned!

Yup, we have had the same issue lots of times, not sure why this is not offered natively.

We would also love this feature. Crazy that we’re limited to doing it with third-party software.

We would also love this feature. It doesn’t pop up very often, but every few months a customer makes a mistake entering their billing address, and we would love to be able to edit it quickly the way the customer expects without a third-party app. Thanks!

Yes. This is really needed. Customers make mistakes. Now they are sending me messages and I can’t help them. Very frustrating.

It is ridiculous that this has not been fixed. Of the thousand details to deal with when migrating our store from BigCommerce this is the limitation that can’t be overcome? Please give us the reason this feature request has been denied. It’s unimaginable.
