Feature Request: Integrate Carrier Tracking Details Directly in Shopify

Hi guys,

I’d like to suggest improving the Shopify tracking page to match the experience of Amazon or eBay. Currently, Shopify only provides basic status updates like “In Transit” or “Delivered.”

To see detailed progress, users must click through to the carrier’s website (USPS/UPS/FedEx). This creates a security concern: if a user’s device is compromised by malware, redirecting them to external sites could increase the risk of exposing sensitive information, such as customer addresses by exposing the tracking numbers. Integrating detailed tracking directly into the Shopify page would provide a more secure and seamless experience.

Is this integrated tracking portals feature integrated in the free themes? Or most free themes don’t have this?
