it was the use of the word ‘require’ that is incorrect - it is optional to use a IOSS
the second incorrect statement is that you state there was no taxes charged on shipments under 150 euros prior to July 1st when in actual fact the threshold was 22 euros up until July 1st - so there was VAT charged on sales under 150 euros.
I would not trust a company who’s supposed to be an expert in these matters and has got the above two points wrong. I didn’t read any further so I don’t know if there were any other incorrect details
