Feature Request: Integration of Taxamo assure into the checkout for UK companies selling to EU

Hi

We’re a UK business exporting snacking items to the EU.

We would like to register under IOSS via you as an intermediary to provide our customers with a seamless experience when ordering from the EU.

Please can you give me a quick call to discuss how this will work as I have a few questions before signing up.

  1. Please can I ask how this will work? Will your solution allow us to enter the IOSS number on shopify, charge our customers the CORRECT Vat rate, and then submit proceeds to you?
  2. If our products are reduced rate in certain countries, will there be an option to request this payment only? Will this delay shipment of goods via customs?
  3. Your pricing says from 1 EUR per transaction. Is this fixed, or higher?
  4. Does this price include your tax calculator?
  5. How long will it take to get our IOSS number?
