Feature Request: Invoice Solutions Directly from Shopify POS

We use Shopify POS in our physical store and Order Printer Pro to generate our invoices.

Our main issue is that, when we need to edit or print an invoice for a customer after a POS transaction, we have to leave Shopify POS and go to Shopify Admin to access the order and use Order Printer Pro.

It would be extremely useful to have the ability to access and use Order Printer Pro directly from Shopify POS, or at least have an “Invoice” option available directly within the POS order screen.

Ideally, we would like to be able to:

  • Open a completed order directly from Shopify POS

  • Edit or adjust the invoice if necessary

  • Generate the invoice using Order Printer Pro

  • Print or send the invoice to the customer

  • Complete the entire process without having to switch to Shopify Admin

We already have Order Printer Pro set up and working, so we are not looking for another invoicing solution. We would simply like to be able to access the invoice functionality directly from Shopify POS.

This would save a significant amount of time for our team and make the checkout process much more efficient.

Could Shopify consider adding this functionality to POS, or allowing Order Printer Pro to be accessed directly from the POS order screen?
