Hi Shopify! It would be so helpful, and timesaving for us and your support staff, if there was a page we could view with your known issues. For example, currently there is a known issue about the cursor jumping around and causing typing issues in some of the search bars (most painfully in the pos app while there is a line of customers waiting for us to try to type in the client name in the search bar). Saving us and the 4 support staff (that had us uninstall/reinstall and check every version of every hardware and software piece we have) the time would reduce our frustration with the system if you simply had a page that said ‘this is a known issue’. Which your support staff finally did say. They must have access to something somewhere that says the issues, please share them with us and we will check that prior to beginning the process of reaching out to support.
Have you found anything written about this bug? The app is useless to me without being able to type properly and I can’t find any acknowledgments or updates at all.
There are no updates from Shopify. Last time I called in a rep told me they would update the changelog when they fixed the cart limitation error on the POS and I got a bit angry with that rep. They do not update the changelog for things like this. The cursor jumping bug is still there. Very frustrating at check out as we apologize for Shopify’s bug while we try to type in client names or search up products.
