It won’t schedule menus going live but it will allow you to export and import manu’s to duplicate them plus there’s a free tier which should be enough for most Shopify merchants.

You can also use MenuQoL for this, which doesn’t use import/export but has a built in ‘duplicate menu’ feature. No scheduling though (at the moment).
