FEATURE REQUEST: Per Item Shipping as a default option

I cannot believe that Per Item is still not one of the default shipping conditions.

Something like the 3rd option I have Photoshopped in below:

It is infuriating that we still have to use third party apps to achieve this simple function that is offered out of the box on other e-commerce platforms.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CAN YOU ADD THIS ALREADY?!?!?!?
