From 19th of June in Italy will be mandatory having a refund/reject button always visible on the website that leads to a form to fill with the purchase data that has to be sent to both seller and buyer after. Are you planning to implement a function like that?
You can create a return/refund page with your own form, and put buttons for it wherever you like in your store. Many companies do this. For instance, say I am reading the refund policy. It can say something like “Need to make a return? Start your return here.” That would take me to your /pages/return-refund page where you have a form and maybe an upload. You can then put buttons on any page in your store.

For now, use a Typeform or custom form app as a quick workaround before June 19th.
