Featured Blocks not appearing on Home page

I am at my witts end.
I am using the Dawn Theme.
The follow is about how blocks/apps show clearly on the setup page but not on the live page.

I have a Featured Collection called Best Sellers and have created one called Featured Product.
On the customization page it looks perfect but no matter what browser I go to or if I clear the cache the Featured Product or Featured collection does not appear.

If I turn off the Featured Product my Best Seller Featured Collection will appear.
If I turn off my Best Seller Collection my Featured Product still will not appear.

Also the reviews carousel will not show on the live store home page.
