I am trying to build a website in two languages
Arabic (default website language) & English (secondary language)
but in Arabic language products inside the featured collections doesn’t display meanwhile in English language everything is fine

Regards your concern, i think that your product haven’t set the Market to be Sale in Arabic yet.
You can go through the Shopify > Product > click on each product > and check that the market is active for Arabic too.
Like this example below will not show except the Europe market.
